## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Classic and still pertinent.
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 25 February 2026*

It is quite astonishing and I guess unnervingly depressing how topical these satirical episodes seem today , even though the UK would seem to have changed so dramatically in the past 40 odd years, what with Blair, Brexit, and now the sordid Andrew affair, etc. I did watch them when they first aired and it was a pleasure to be reacquainted with these fine comic actors, so fondly missed. Now I know that it is commonplace to remind ourselves these days how much better off we really are, in a material sense. But I can't help thinking that humour was genuinely funnier back then, and with more bite too.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ excellent
