To submit engraving instructions, click on the CUSTOMISE NOW button to the right of the listing. The customisation preview may not show the engraving exactly as it will look. All engraved text will be centred vertically and horizontally on the tag. We may change the layout of the engraving if we feel we can improve the legibility of the text.

The Control of Dogs Order (1992) mandates that dogs' ID tags should include the owner's surname and address (house name or number and postcode will suffice).
